RECYCLING WATER & STRIVING TO BE WATER POSITIVE
Science and research come together at our manufacturing plants by way of an indigenously designed, fully automated water recycling system. The garment dyeing & washing facilities are engineered to reduce water consumption by 66%. From the balance 34% water, we recycle 92%! The differential is made up by harvesting rain water, the excess from which is used to recharge ground water and make us water positive.

Our manufacturing plants comply with norms for Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals into the environment.
HIGG INDEX & REDUCING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT
The effluent discharge from our dyeing machines comes out at approximately 60 degrees Celsius because dyeing requires steam. Our custom-built heat exchangers extract heat from this hot water and use it to feed pre-heated water to our boilers. This reduces our energy usage and carbon footprint, helping us score 100/100 for energy conservation on the Higg Index which rates environmental & social sustainability.
