RECYCLING WATER & STRIVING TO BE WATER POSITIVE
Science and research come together at our manufacturing plants by way of an indigenously designed, fully automated water recycling system. The garment dyeing & washing facilities are engineered to reduce water consumption by 66%. From the balance 34% water, we recycle 92%! The differential is made up by harvesting rain water, the excess from which is used to recharge ground water and make us water positive.

HIGG INDEX & REDUCING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT
The effluent discharge from our dyeing machines comes out at approximately 60 degrees Celsius because dyeing requires steam. Our custom-built heat exchangers extract heat from this hot water and use it to feed pre-heated water to our boilers. This reduces our energy usage and carbon footprint, helping us score 100/100 for energy conservation on the Higgs Index which rates environmental & social sustainability.
